Hatha Yoga Classes

We also offer private Hatha Yoga classes, either for individuals or groups. Contact us for more details on that. Classes can be between 1 – 2 hours, depending on your availibility.

Meditation and Pranayama

Introduction to a simple meditation and breathing practices that can be incorporated into daily life. Practices of proper breathing and meditation has tremendous effects on our mental and physical wellbeing, improves sleep, concentration, reduces tension and anxiety and improves overall quality of life when practiced.

Beginner’ Introduction to Yoga (Workshop)

If you are new to Yoga, or would like to reconnect with the basics, we offer a 4-Day Beginner’s Course which covers basic breathing techniques, and introduction to basic asanas (yogic postures) as well an an understanding of the 5-Points of Yoga. This is available for private one-n-one or group sessions.
